When you miss an appointment, it increases waiting times for all of our patients. Please remember that if you inform us that you cannot attend an appointment, we can then offer it to another patient.
How to Cancel an Appointment
If you are not able to attend your appointment please let us know in time so that the time can be used for someone else.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to re-book. You can cancel your appointment using the online service, via text or by phone.

If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time.
