System Change – Change to NHS App from Patient Access

Please read the below information and follow the instructions on the NHS App to get signed up. You do not need to contact the practice to sign up for the NHS App.

From the 10th of June 2024, Ireland Wood and New Croft Surgeries are moving clinical systems from Emis to Systmone.

With this change in clinical systems means a change in the patient system for online services and accessing patient medical records and appointments, this is changing in line with the clinical system change, from Patient Access to the NHS App.

Please help us ahead of our clinical system change as we prepare to move clinical systems, by downloading and using the NHS App rather than Patient Access

Please clink on the image below which will take you to the NHS App page on the NHS website. Once downloaded, the NHS app can help you with accessing patient information and help Ireland Wood and New Croft Surgeries in preparation for the clinical system change happening in June.

You do not need to contact the practice about signing up for the NHS App, you can sign up using valid photo ID through the NHS App and the NHS website linked below. Contact the practice ONLY if you do not have valid photo ID to complete the registration online.
