New Look Online Consultations from April 2023

From Monday 3rd April, Ireland Wood and Horsforth Medical Practice will be changing the way our Online Consultations work. We have a new provider, and a much simpler form for patients to complete. Instead of calling the practice you can complete an online consultation, which you can find by navigating to the home page and clicking on ‘Online Consultations’ in the ‘Information and Advice’ section. All you need to do is complete a simple form and it will be sent directly to the practice, reducing the need for telephone calls.
You can use this form to ask for an appointment, or for administrative tasks such as requesting a sick note.
